Facility Use Guidelines from Harvest Church
We ask that you respect our property as you enjoy the environment for your needs. Harvest Church reserves the right to consider each facility use inquiry on a case-by-case basis. Please follow the guidelines below:
1. We are a “nut free” facility. No nuts should be brought to or eaten on the property due to severe allergies of some of our families.
2. All guests, decorations and personal items must be cleared from the rented area(s). While janitorial services are provided, the event party is responsible for general cleanup.
3. The church assumes no responsibility for the security of personal articles.
4. Any appearance of intoxication is against our guidelines.
5. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the church building, including restrooms and dressing rooms.
6. No nails, glue or tape can be used to fasten decorations to the furniture, building, carpet or walls.
7. If you decide on an event during the month of December, please keep in mind that the church will have Christmas decorations in place. The decorations could change each year; therefore, actual pieces used during Christmas are not known until December of each year. Christmas decorations are not allowed to be used at other times of the year and will not be moved or taken down for weddings during the month of December.
8. Renters are required to remain in areas specified in the agreement, and are responsible for keeping group participants confined to those areas.
9. Please dispose of any trash outside and refrain from moving around the picnic tables and umbrellas.
9. At the conclusion of each event, upon leaving the building, you must make certain that:
-All lights and appliances are off.
-All doors are locked.
-Garbage is disposed of properly in trash bins outside behind the Fellowship Hall.
-The room(s) are returned to their condition before the meeting
-All chairs and tables returned to their previous location
-The floor is swept and/or vacuumed
Правила от предишни години по-долу:
- Моля идвайте навреме – за избягване на прекъсвания, разсейване на класа и
повторно преподаване на материала, много важно е учениците да идват навреме. - Учениците трябва да носят за всеки час учебниците и тетрадките за
съответния клас, папка, молив/химикалка и гума. Останалите необходими за
класовете материали ще бъдат предоставени от училището. - Родителите трябва да чакат децата си извън сградата на училището, не в
предверието. - Децата трябва да си събуват обувките при влизане в училище. Обувките могат
да бъдат оставени в шкафчетата за обувки в предверието. - Яденето в сградата на училището е разрешено в кухнята, моля почиствайте
след себе си. - Не използвайте канцеларските материали, които са оставени в класните стаи.
Те са на друг клас и са за тяхна собствена употреба. - Не пипайте снаксовете, които може да намерите в коридора или в класните
стаи – те са приготвени за други деца от неделното училище. - Не пипайте, рисувайте, повреждайте книгите, които намерите в класните
стаи. - Моля след игра с играчките те да бъдат върнати/подредени по местата им.
- При ползване на тоалетната моля пускайте водата и почистете след себе си. Не
оставяйте хартии на пода, нито в самата тоалетна. За наше ползване са
предните две тоалетни (лява и дясна). - Моля затваряйте вратите на сградата. Сградата се охлажда/отоплява с
климатик. - При напускане на сградата загасете всички лампи, почистете чиновете и
стаята след себе си.
*За учителите: Моля изхвърлете боклуците от кошчетата (ако има такива) след приключване на
занятията за деня и сложете нови торбички, пуснете робота прахосмукачка преди да напуснете
сградата ако е необходимо.

Welcome to Bulgarian School “Elin Pelin” – School Rules
- Please be on time – late arrivals are distracting to students and teachers. To prevent
repeating what was already taught, please be on time. - Students need to bring to class their textbook/s and notebook/s, their binder,
pencil/pen and eraser. The other materials necessary for the class will be provided by
the school. - Parents are not allowed to wait in the common area.
- The kids need to take off their shoes upon entering the building and when going
into the carpeted area. Shoe cubbies are located in the common area. - Eating inside of the building is permitted in the kitchen. Please, clean after yourself.
- Do not use the school supplies that are left in the rooms. They are for the use of the
International Kids Club. - Do not touch the snacks that you may find in some of the rooms or in the hallway
– they are to be used by other classes. - Do not touch, write, draw or damage in any other way the books that you find in
the classrooms. - Playing with the toys is permitted, but they need to be put back where they
belong. - When using the bathrooms – please flush the toilet and clean after yourself. Do not
leave paper anywhere on the bathroom floors. We can use the front two (left and
right) bathrooms. - Do not leave the main entrance door open propped up by a rock or any other way.
AC/heating is running in the building and closing the door helps with the electric bills. - When leaving the building, please, turn off all lights, clean your desk and the room
(make sure there is nothing on the floor).
*For teachers only: Please, remove any garbage from the trash bins generated during the 3 hour use
of the space, replace garbage bags if needed, turn robot vacuum if needed before leaving the building
